Is my data secure?

Yes, your data is held within an ISO 27001 secure access-controlled data centre and is protected by a Cisco ASA firewall.

If my subscription has expired, would all the data be lost?

No, your data will be maintained for a period of 12 months after you subscription has expired.

What kind of payments are acceptable?

Currently you will be invoiced for your subscription according to your license to use Project on Demand. A payment link within the invoice will be available for payment purposes. Most major credit and debit cards are acceptable.

How do I modify my subscription package?

Within the terms of your licence to use Project on Demand you can easily add and disable Users within the Project on Demand User Maintenance function. If you wish to modify you license please contact us using the details below:
